Normal Turnaround: 5 days; i.e., Monday at 3:00 p.m. to Saturday at 3:00 p.m.

Proofreading
Normal Turnaround:
3 days; i.e., Monday at 3:00 p.m. to Thursday at 3:00 p.m.

Expedited Turnaround: Rates will increase by $0.20 per page for each day less than 3 days.
Range Of Rates:
There is the occasional problematic transcript that requires an inordinate amount of research because of its unique expert subject matter, or maybe the witness cannot be understood or the audio quality is poor or there is excessive drops and/or untranslates or mistranslates. It is understood that any number of things, including technological difficulties, can occur during a deposition.
If this should occur, the court reporter will immediately be contacted to discuss how the problem should be handled, whether a rate increase may be warranted, or if the transcript should be returned for the reporter to complete. There will never be a surprise in rate or a delay in turnaround.
If the total number of finished pages exceeds the beginning number by more than 5 pages because of additional content that must be added from the audio to ensure the accuracy of the transcript, an additional charge of $1.00 per excess page will be added to the page rate for the excess pages only.
Invoices:
Invoices are sent out on the 1st and the 15th of every month via e-mail.
Payment:
Full payment of each invoice is expected within 10 days from the date of the invoice. A payment that is not received within 30 days will be subject to a $30 fee.
For your convenience PayPal is accepted. This is an easy-to-use payment method that is provided to you as one of our services.
The return of the preference sheet and rate sheet will constitute your agreement to pay the rates that have been quoted and will indicate your understanding that any deviation from the rates on this proposal will be immediately discussed with you, per the Range of Rates section above.
